Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The app installs from Shopify and is enabled in the theme editor, without touching any code.
Can it make up a price or a stock level?
No. Price, stock and availability come straight from Shopify: it only states what it has retrieved.
Which languages does it speak?
It detects the visitor's language and replies in the same one.
What happens if I go over my quota?
On paid plans, it keeps answering and each extra conversation is billed individually. The free plan pauses until renewal.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time from the app. Billing goes through your Shopify account.
